Come stay in our roomy and open Studio/Efficiency apartment.







This gem of a unit is a private apartment of a Beach Side home. Nothing is

shared with your own parking space just outside the door.







We are Pet Friendly. With a full size Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Room.







We have a full size kitchen, Queen Size Bed, Queen pull out sofa, and

washer/dryer. A full size bathroom with stand up luxury shower. It also has a

large 65" Smart TV, high speed WiFi and Central Heat/AC.







We have added a "sleeper sofa" Queen Size, for additional capacity. As is

usual with these type of "beds" they are probably less comfortable than a

normal bed and are more appropriate for kids.







This private, cozy unit is just steps away from the beach. There are no

streets to cross, just a one minute walk to some of the best beaches the

Chesapeake Bay has to offer!







With a private entrance and private off- street parking, we are proud to offer

this to anyone traveling light who does not need an abundance of space.







Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.







This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.







Guests have a private entrance to the space.







A lockbox is installed so that you may check yourself in and out.







Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
