”There were cigarette butts all around the building. The stairs have carpet that are grossly dirty both the steps and the walls around them. The outside of the ac units looked slightly damaged and were leaking large amounts of fluids on the concrete in front of the rooms. There was no way to walk around the fluids which could cause a slippery hazard. There were trash bags with flies around them in the walkway. The room itself had grime on the floorboards and my window curtain was too small and...

”Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem.
When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone...
