”Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem. ”What a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean too. We enjoyed the morning breakfast a lot. All the delicious food was fresh and hot. We definitely will stay at the Sheraton again on a return trip.”
