”When we got there we were told that we couldn’t check in until 1pm, which was fine,
We just went to the beach. Then I go back and I was told that it would be at 2 pm, so I then go back to the beach and return after 2pm and was told that because housekeeping was behind I could check in until 3 pm. I didn’t get into the room until after 3pm which was an entire day that I didn’t have access to the room but got charged for it. That’s unacceptable.”

”This place was a gem! Obviously an older property, but very well maintained and kept clean. The view was spectacular from our balcony, the room was nicer than I expected. The front desk gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful (he was the only employee we had any interaction with)
There were only 2 minor drawbacks. The beds were not comfortable at all (to be fair they were in the process of bringing in new mattress, we know this for sure because we actually saw them throwing out old ones...

”This place was disgusting. Rooms smelled, broken windows, the door on one of the 2 rooms we rented had been kicked in who knows how many times? There was a big gap in the door frame, and the door was in no way secure even with the deadbolt latched. Family members that were with us witnessed several drug deals being made in the parking lot at 6 o’clock in the evening in Broad daylight. This place was so bad we left demanded a refund and then had to scramble to try to find two other rooms at a...
