”The hotel is very well located in Downtown Norfolk, making it convenient for restaurants, attractions, and exploring the area. The property could benefit from some renovations and updates. The customer service staff were friendly and courteous; however, they were unable to resolve an issue involving a supposed double check-in that appeared in their system when there was actually only one stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again for a couple of nights...

”Nice clean rooms. Pretty view of the water from the restaurant, and easy walk to the water taxi. Great breakfast buffet. Just beware of promises for adjoining rooms or specific room types next to each other. Normally we can be flexible, but this trip it mattered and wasn't fulfilled.”

”The location is great, our view from the balcony on the ocean view side was awesome. Only setback was that there was a music festival on the beach in front of several resorts a few days earlier that the crew was still breaking down. Not a deal breaker, we just had to walk to the side to get to the beach but the hotel had advertised beach chairs that were not available. Otherwise a great little place, our rooms had been recently remodeled (just in a dated way)and were clean which was most...
