”Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more convenience to Sandbridge Beach. House itself was as described, could stand a deep clean but nothing that was a dealbreaker. Honestly the fact that the baseboards could use a paint job made me relax about having kids there. Loved the sizable kitchen and eating area and the upstairs was the perfect hang space for games/movies. Pool was fun when you needed a sand break. Communication with managers was top notch. ”Great stay, the house is very conveniently located (50 feet to the beach, 0.5 mile to a Harris Teeter). There's some beach stuff (chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a few body boards). A few things to consider when renting this house:1. Bring a few knives. The ones that are there are super dull2. Bring spices, sugar, and salt 3. There's no AC in the smaller bedroom.
