âMy stay at the hotel was overall just okay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of options each day to choose from. âOn my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at. The Jamaican breakfast was delicious although the portions were small and the staff was friendly and professional. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. âCentral, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either.â

âFrom the beginning to the end was horrible. There was no hot water in the shower I had to use two cups to catch hot water from the sink to bath. If you turn the shower on water would be sprinkling out the shower onto the floor and wall. The shower curtain and shower was all moldy. The walls was dirty and the bed spread had brown stains. Itâs a very secure area that I do love but they need to actually take their time and fix the place and do a better job at keeping it clean. I was traumatized...
