”We had a great week staying in this lovely cottage. The children especially loved the big garden. The house was very clean and peaceful . We found lots of lovely walks and places to visit in the area. The only issue we had is that the VRBO listing suggests the house has a hot tub, which it doesn't but this seems to be a problem with the VRBO site and is not the owners fault, of course the children were a bit disappointed!”

”We had a great stay in Jeannie and Paul's lovely gite. We visited in March so really appreciated the ready supply of wood for the log burner which kept us warm and cosy in the evenings. The gite is in a great location in the countryside but only a few minutes drive from Domfront which had everything we needed in terms of shops and restaurants. The location was great for day trips. ”Patrick's home is a renovated farmhouse that has been lovingly restored. It has three good-sized bedrooms, all with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom downstairs. However impressed you may be by the pictures, they don't do the house full justice and it is even more beautiful when you arrive. There is also a large garden, with outdoor eating space. ”We hebben genoten van de prachtige tuin rondom het huis. Het oude huis was knus en had alle nodige voorzieningen waardoor we een comfortabel verblijf hebben gehad. De omgeving was zeer landelijk, lieflijk en rustig. De huiskat Gilbert heeft ons verblijf iets extra's gegeven die wij niet snel vergeten. De vriendelijke eigenaar gaf ons een gevoel van welkom. Winkels zijn te vinden in Vire en op 2 km afstand is een bakker.”

”Cannot argue the place is stunning, but arrived there and the host was very rude stating Expedia had only booked for 2 adults even after i showed the booking in French from La ferme de la Gronde that it was 2 adults and 2 kids. After 2 hrs of debate and now at 8pm in the evening we were offered the old dining room and a 3rd floor bedroom not the room we booked. Then found out that breakfast wasn't available which was on the original booking. The lady said she didnt understand me only spoke...
