”Nothing”

”This is our go to spot for staying in Tazwell. The rooms are newly remodeled and clean and the staff is always kind and polite.”

”Breakfast was really good!!”

”The room was fine and there is parking for trucks/trailers and it is close to a Royal Blue trail entrance. My only complaint was the room keys. Everyone in our party had the same issues. The keys deactivated after you use them one or two times. We were continually having to go back to the front desk to get keys reactivated. It was frustrating when coming in from riding you’re dirty, tired, and ready to take a shower, and you had to go back to the front desk yet again for another key activation .”

”We thought that breakfast should last until 10:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m.”

”The owner and his sister are friendly and helpful with anything you might need! The rooms I’ve stayed in are always clean and have a nice microwave and small refrigerator. I like that I can park right outside my door and as a single, older woman I like that there are secure room locks. The TV has plenty of channels and the beds are always comfy. I travel to that area at least once a year and we’ll always stay here!!”

”The room was filthy and had bugs on the ceiling. Lots of mold in shower. Gave us a creepy feeling. I would have given it a zero if I could have. Don’t stay here!!!”

”Very Clean. Nice Breakfast. Polite staff”

”Friendly staff!”

Woman at front desk would not switch me rooms when I told her there was pepperoni pizza all over the chair and the floor was unreal with food crumbs all over the place she would not change me rooms then I got back to the room that's when I saw all the roaches coming out of the phones and the TV the dresser and then the bed bugs went back down around third shift and that guy was very nice and helpful and he traded me rooms but...

”Won't stay again”

”I understand that red roof is not the best place! But the photos online made it seem like they had renovated, oh my God, definitely a fake! They have no amenities and what I mean is no ice machine no vending machine machine, they didn’t even have an iron in the room! I spelt something on the floor and when I tell you, I wiped it up, the whole white towl was black, like they have never mop the floors and to think my kids were on the floor playing!! I am gonna definitely try to fight to get my...
