”Great customer service and support for sure. However, the cabin was dusty, the knotted flooring had small holes that exposed what appeared to be a dirt foundation. ”The room we got when we checked in was smaller than expected based on the on-line pics. When a large room became available due to a cancellation the staff contacted us by phone to let us know we could change rooms. I appreciate their follow up.

”In a really convinient area surrounded by Starbucks, grocery store, etc.
Air conditioning worked, easy parking, nearby road is a little loud, but couldn't hear other guests.
Other than that, it was OK. I understand that it's a fairly inexpensive motel on the side of the freeway, but that doesn't exactly excuse it from adequate houskeeping and cleanliness, which could have been improved.”
