”We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

”I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The safety of this property for me was above reproach and I’ve travelled quite extensively during my time on active duty. I greatly recommend getting a garden view room and highly regard...

”The indication to find the apartment indicated by Expedia is a disaster. It is not possible to receive a link to indicate the apartment and on this link shows 4 apartment. I booked only one and the link should indicate were is the apartment that I've booked. Also the indication to find the key was not so easy to understand. Fortunately I've received a call from the owner that gave me instruction live where the key was.”

”I do not recommend booking this property. The manager, The Stay Hub, has a cumbersome and time-wasting booking process involving sending photos of person booking and credit card plus proof of payment. Takes ages to complete. They also said we damaged one of the blinds which we noticed was already damaged but presumed they knew. Lost the damage bond. Could be a hoax. No heating for a cold apartment on bottom story of house and no TV reception”

”My only frustration was the lack of communication with the host. Whilst I booked on stayz the owners communication was on a different platform that my Aus phone could not load. I tried calling the number several times to confirm entry instructions and sent a text which was eventually briefly responded to. Whilst the initial email may have had further information, when we arrived, there was no tv, the wifi didn’t work and there was no further communication with the host which was disappointing....
