”It is a very short walk to the beach and you can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the smooth sand. Located north of the main Orewa shopping area it is still an easy walk to the restaurants. We were upstairs and had glimpses of the sea and the gently breaking waves. We would stay there again.”

”Very cosy rooms, with great appliances. Only pet peeve I have is that was not enough milk to have a nice coffee and the fridge was not restocked the next day”

”There was no hot water, due to the gas being turned off the day before for repairs, and was forgotten to be turned back on. Cold showers. After speaking to reception they did not want to give any refund or discount. The actual room and motel was really clean and comfortable. It was disappointing that the management did not want to offer a solution. ”

”Needed dusted, and missing quite a few kitchen items, etc that should be included in any accommodation. Someone should change some lightbulbs. Vacuum needs fixed. Complicated process to collect room key. But a nice apartment apart from these small issues. Fantastic views, comfortable.”
