”Heat pump was noisy and appeared to be inefficient. Took a long time to warm the room. Possibility of a lack of insulation.
Shower door opening into the shower. If the occupant was to collapse in the shower, rescue is virtually impossible without the aid of cutting equipment.”

”The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it.”
