”Hotel was ok and clean but wifi in our room didn't work in the evening when we arrived. There was some issues with the wifi.”

”The whole building needs to be updated the rooms, hallways, laundry room everywhere I turned I seen touch ups walls,ceiling and floors. The bathroom fixtures falling apart. Just settled in because we where too tired to cancel and didn't want to lose are funds already prepaid. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I hope I it make through next couple of days without any more incidents.”

”I will NEVER stay at Tru by Hilton again!!! First, the advertised “breakfast buffet” was terrible! NOT A BUFFET… not really a continental breakfast either!”

”Everyone was so friendly Marcus and Ben at the front desk were extremely helpful especially on check in day after traveling for 16 hours straight. The breakfast was delicious every morning and they had great options. The rooms are nice and spacious and well thought out for guests to use. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. ”

”Very clean and in a great location in Austin! The place was stocked well with towels, paper towels and toilet paper! It even had foil and storage bags! Kitchen could have been stocked better! No bowls for cereal, no can opener or colander! No dishwasher! ! Instructions for the oven! I didn't know how to operate it and the instructions were not adequate! It didn't have a microwave unless the oven was a combination of a convection oven and microwave, but i don't think so! Communication was good!...

”I really enjoyed the "hands-off" experience of Kasa. There wasn't anything extra I needed. The virtual concierge was perfect for my preferred style of travel. The only downside is the noise on weekends from the bar next door. This is not the location's fault and they have provided earplugs and sound machines to help combat it. I was able to get good sleep thanks to those amenities. I would stay there again, I love the 6th street vibe of restaurants and coffeeshops.”
