”Hotel was ok and clean but wifi in our room didn't work in the evening when we arrived. There was some issues with the wifi.”

”Really clean room, great building. Parking was a little rough for my Expedition, but anything smaller shouldn't have a problem. Felt safe and secure. The shower head was probably the worst part. Did the job, but zero pressure even though the spout had a great volume of water and pressure. Overall, a really great stay. ”

”Room was very nice and clean and well designed. Plenty of storage space and well organized. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice. Good water pressure. It’s not in our usual location, but will stay here again when we’re in Austin again. Staff was courteous. Check in was quick and simple.”

”We love staying here! Staff is so friendly and helpful. PENNY IS A ROCKSTAR!!! She is always a delight and extremely helpful Conveniently located, free parking, clean rooms, and a balcony is always a plus :) One of my favorite hidden gems to stay at for an overnight trip and never disappointed ”

”There is literally only waffles, fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins, and juice with eggs and sausage for breakfast, even then theirs no jam for the toast, only butter. Most limited breakfast I’ve ever seen. Although the front desk lady at night was my favorite! She is so welcoming seems so fun, I really loved walking into the hotel and seeing her, the ladies during the day seemed like they hated their job, there was one Indian lady that literally stayed on the phone talking to someone for hours at...

”Front office staff member who did our check-in. He was very courteous and helpful. Room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of items. This was a last minute short trip but looking forward to stay there when we go back to Austin, hopefully for more days.”

”Very clean room. The location is great. It's nothing fancy, but it does the job. I might book something a bit bigger with a desk next time, althogh if I needed to,, I could go to the business room. The doorlock was a challence until I learned the wait 5 second rule”
