”We had to ask several times for our room to be cleaned. When it was, the odour of BO from staff was so heavy in the air we couldn't go into our room and had to ask for air freshener. I actually became physically sick. The one night they left the door to our room wide open. Thank goodness my husband had to go back to the room and discovered it being open. That same night they only gave us 2 towels and did not change the garbage at all. The last 2 nights out of the 6 nights we were forced to stay...

”Excellent hotel in North Bay! I would not hesitate to stay here again! The breakfast had a lot of options, and they were different the two mornings I was there. The room was big, the beds comfortable, and the blackout curtain did a pretty good job. Clean, friendly staff, good price. I have no complaints!”

”You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves.”

”Utensils are included. Everythong is clean. We needed to do our laundry, they do not have it but Vim was like, let me call up my buddy 😊 but we decided not to do it anyway. Still, he was helpful.”

”Excellent stay. Staff very helpful and caring. We arrived very late and the front desk made us fresh coffe and Tea. Rooms very clean, loved the shampoo& conditioner in the shower. Breakfast was good waffles,eggs,sausage,and many other extras. Only stayed one night but would defiently stay again.”

”We where not greeted with a hello or smile on arrival. We were confused with the TV operation having never needed to use my cel phone to operate a television set. Only had Roku as a way to view news and old movies (three days of NHL play offs with no coverage). The Little round bowl toilet was only 13 or 14 inches high. Carpeted hall way was littered with paper and dirt and was not vacuumed for three days. Litter was around the entrance to the lobby from outside. The yellow paint on the entrance...
