”Our stay was so great, that we booked it another night. We never had a failed trip at Turning Stone. Our itinerary when we come is chill by the pool, play at the casino and just chill, and we get to do that. We come from Kahnawake QC, Canada to visit. We book every year when Syracuse Nationals come up in July!”

”Horrible, the bedding was filthy, zero towels available, none in our room or for the pool. We had to order some from Wal mart. There was on staff member at check in who was doing everything he was amazing and I felt so bad for him! The next morning there was nothing for breakfast, it was all empty at 8:15, there were no plates the staff member had to door dash some. There was dog poop in the lobby laying in a pile off junk that wasn’t here the whole time. The pool water was absolutly...

”Everything was good but the room being cleaned on a regular basis, stayed 11 days and room was cleaned up twice, after being told it would be done every other day either a “refresher “ of a full cleaning, after three days we had to call because the trash cans were both overflowing, then three days later had to call again to have the beds changed that hadn’t been changed at all , but because the hose from a cpap machine was laying on the bed they couldn’t change sheets. But offered to come back...

”Overall very nice. Staff was hard to understand when checking in. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. My wife's only complaint was the comforter was very thin and she would have liked a much thicker one. We didn't use much of the room as it was a quick one night stay. If you stayed for multiple nights the microwave kitchen area would be nice. Pretty big fridge. The TV was perfect for watching March Madness.”
