”Pretty, historic hotel. Clean. Comfy bed. The basement has a library, theatre, laundry, and shuffle board (all in separate rooms). Friendly staff. Warm cookies at the front desk. On a Thursday night there was a book signing event and live music in the bar. The cocktails were great. Lots of restuarants and shops within walking distance. Relaxed, friendly vibe. We would stay here everytime. I wish more hotels were this great.”

”Max at the front desk checked us in and was a pleasure to deal with. He made the check in process fast, easy and enjoyable. We got into our room and it was nice and clean. The pool area was clean. We didn't go to the pool until a little later and the towels were out but they remedied that quickly and brought more and restocked the shelf. Breakfast was very good. They had a great variety and it was kept stock and fresh. I would recommend this hotel!”

”The room was lovely with a beautiful view, gas fireplace and sunken, jetted tub. The staff was very courteous and the bar was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The hotel location is perfect and right on the waterfront trail. ”
