”We had such a wonderful time in such a relaxing and peaceful location. The cabin was comfortable and very roomy. The decor was homey and its location on the Umpqua River made it just a perfect getaway. We had a great time in the river on the kayaks and the water was perfect for swimming. The only thing we would recommend is that perhaps the owner might consider adding a floating dock so that it’s easier to get in and out of the water. ”This cabin really takes you back... from a working percolator coffee maker, toaster, & stove, to the super cute blowdryer! Breakman's quarters is an end unit, & has a large, modern walkin shower. Nice water pressure. Kitchen has a working retro-looking fridge & microwave. Easy to access door code & ice available onsite. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the dining table & the adirondack chairs on the lawn. Its August, so many plants & grass have died back, & no train went by on our visit....
