”Stayed when a tornado took out power for a week at our house. Everyone was so helpful and we had a great time cooling down at the pool”

”No one ever came and cleaned our room or emptied the trash cams for the two days we were there. Also, upon inspection of the room when we got there, the bathroom door stopper was faulty, and the cabinet door to the fridge/mirowave was off the hinge. ”

”After the storm we lost our AC at home had to wait a couple of days for installation but we decided to move to H2 suites to stay cool for a couple days they treat us very well. They extended us as the project extended ”

”Overall I would say our stay was good. Unfortunately, it was during a storm that knocked out the power for the majority of the city so we were without power all night. This was out of the property's control so I don't hold it against them. The hour or so that we had electricity was great. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were polite and helpful. We needed a shuttle to the airport and they were especially helpful in accommodating this request.”
