”Staff are nice and friendly except asking the purpose of my staying i want to rest.. and breakfast serve more early than other hotel.”

”Front desk check in person was nice but the place was disgusting. We couldn’t even take our shoes off in the room. The place is in need over a serious renovation!!”

”Garage parking is convenient. However our room TV did not work and is situated in an awkward format. There was wig hair found all over the room. And the temperature of the room was not consistent. We were gone most of the day and when we returned the room would be in the mid 70s when coming off a hot baseball tournament you would hope you can come back to a room that you set the temp to 70 on.”

”Hotelroom smelled like cigarette smoke. We let the AC fan run for 6 hours and it still smlled bad. The floor in the room was dirty, full of sand and food crumbs. ”

”The property itself is nice. They were redoing the parking lot when we were there. The breakfast always has plenty of options for kids and adults. This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. The bathroom in our room did not have full Shower Gel, Shampoo, or Conditioner and it never got...

”Room was clean. Staff was nice. Only one elevator worked room seemed a little beat up and neglected the ceiling air handler cover did not look good was not able to access the Wi-Fi that was very difficult after entering all the information and it said it wasn’t available overall was not impressed with the place. Was nice to have a bar in the same building”

”Tv wasn’t working, the mattress weren’t the proper size as the bed frames, and will move around every time you would lean on them. Road noise was as clear as it in the room.”

”They told us the wrong room number and took us in a wild goose chase at 8pm to find our room!”

”The first room we were given was occupied. The second room was dirty. The sheets that we couldn’t replace had crumbs in them. We asked the front desk staff for more sheets and towels, and they said they didn’t have access to housekeeping, so we had to reuse our dirty towels and sleep on the only clean appearing bed. The breakfast was subpar. I will never come back.”
