”Hotelli oli kaikin puolin viihtyisä ja siisti. Huoneistossamme oli mukavasti tilaa ja keittiö tarpeeksi hyvin varusteltu kokkaamiseen. Ainoa miinus oli internet-yhteyden hitaus.”

”Little hidden gem, it's a smaller resort but the rooms are what makes it a great stay, will def be going back, the room was clean and spacious. It feels like you're in the middle of the forest with where it's located. The fact that you had the option to cook your own food was a bonus.”

”This is the best location in Port Macquarie. Beautiful view over the water, right in town but not on the main road. Apartment 602 was very spacious and we particularly loved the large balcony. Only think we missed was more towels and bathroom amenities.”

The reception lady needs to work on her people skills . what would have been ten out of ten for our experience was let down by her tone and attitude …. Both on arrival and check out . But apart from that a great place to stay”

”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”

”The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and appear old and worn, with little care or maintenance. There is also a serious maintenance issue in the upstairs bathroom, with...

”What a gem! Right in the middle of a very popular coffee/ restaurant strip & independent shops. Three minute walk to an amazing Art Gallery & entry to Civic Park which is surrounded by a number of significant historic buildings. Seven minute walk to the Foreshore, go left to the dockyards right to the beach or hop on the light rail. All rooms in the apartment were huge including the balcony. Plenty of room & utensils to cook & eat & the guest laundry was well equipped to complete any washing...
