”Stayed here for a long weekend get away and catching a show. Sails is good hotel in a great location, close to bars, restaurants and the local club. Ate at the restaurant one night and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meals. They do stiff you with car parking fees, which I think is a little rich. However we got a good deal on room rates, so not too bothered. Overall a great place for a getaway in Port Macquarie. ”

”This accomodation was very convenient for travellers being on the main highway and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. ”Only stayed 1 night on way from Sydney to the Gold Coast - but wish I had added an extra night now as the apartments were lovely and there looked to be plenty to do in the area. Only issue is that reception closes at 5pm - not unusual for apartment reception in Australia. As a result I had to phone to get access - and for overseas visitors this can be expensive. It would be useful to have a WhatsApp contact number if you do need to speak to someone.”

Cleanliness was on point and in my opinion rooms were fairly priced. A character rich building with many areas to unwind and socialise with the option of in-house dining including entertainment on the weekend. Budget friendly in a great location, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.”
