”Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities were enjoyable, and everything met our expectations.
The only downsides were the large number of mosquitoes, particularly around the outdoor play area, which made it difficult to spend time there and fully enjoy the space. In addition, while the private beach was a nice feature, it could have been better maintained and cleaner.

”Hotellin alue pitkine palmuhiekkarantoineen on upea. Henkilökunta hyvin avuliasta. Huone oli siisti ja tilava, ilmastointi ja lämmin vesi toimi hyvin. Vuoteet muuten mukavat, paitsi miinus lakanoista, jotka olivat puoliksi polyesteriä. Ruoka oli hyvää, mutta vähän suppeata hiljaisen kauden vuoksi. Osa palveluista pois käytöstä tämän vuoksi. Lainattavat aktiviteettivälineet vähäiset.”

”Perfect hotel that has all the necessities: helpful staff, a clean room, prestine bathroom, and a comfortable bed! The rooms are on the smaller side but can hold two people decently. My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay here.”

”In a nutshell you are getting what you are paying for. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The hotel is in a good location very close by to the tourist attractions. The area was very quiet the one night I spent there. Is it somewhere I would stay again? Sure, but not for any lengthy period of time.”

”To wake up in this magical place was amazing and the hotel makes it a better experience because of the location. There is not too much to do in Punta Rucia. My only disappointment was the wait at the restaurant, however the servers were outstanding.”
