❗ Please take off shoes at the entrance
❗ Please leave the home in the same condition you find it (return furniture to its original spot).

If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $500 to cover damages.

Please Note:

❗ The cabin is professionally cleaned between each stay but please note the occasional cobweb or ant may be found (given the nature of the area).

There is a keypad on the door and we will send guests the code the morning of their arrival to make things easy. Check in is at 3PM and check out is at 10AM. Parking for 4-6 cars in the driveway.

The entire space will be available for guests to use.

Please check the cancellation policy and make sure it works for you before booking. The weather in New England is unpredictable and refunds will not be given for weather related cancellations.
