”The resort is in a nice location and the view from our room was beautiful. However, the room itself is quite run down (stained carpet, chipped furniture, broken blinds). There is no A/C, so the room was very warm in the afternoon and evening. The ceiling fan, and the extra fan the hotel provides, didn’t really help to cool the room down.”

”Your check in is done on the computer. We did the pre registration and paid and according to instructions waited to be sent info to access our room. (supposed to be sent room # and access code for digital lock). A half hour before check in (4pm) we had no instructions and no staff in front office. We called, left a msg and after waiting in hot parking lot we went to a resteraunt, tried calling again, finally after emailing we got a text back that there was now a staff in the office. It got...

”One thing I noticed with hotels on this trip. The toilet paper is not good quality and from this trips experience, I will bring my own in the future. But everything else was great.”
