”Great location, but we found the following issues: Taped light fixture. Couldn't figure out how to turn on tiny light above microwave/mini fridge. Extra non working AC/heat panel on wall. No trash can in bathroom. (No one wants to leave the bathroom to put a q tip in the garbage.) In breakfast area they have a sign that states that you are prohibited from taking breakfast into your room, yet we have a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Just doesn't make sense. Plus, there isn't enough...

”We didn't stay because Expedia canceled our reservation without notice. Not a text. Not a call. Not an email. There was a slight problem with our credit card, and it was supposed to be charged upon arrival. It was charged much earlier, it didn't go through, they canceled the reservation. I settled the issue before we left home and it was resolved. My sons and I traveled from 2 hours away to be close by a Rochester high school for an ACT test that was not being offered in our area, and they...

”This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. We had to wait 4 hour for a room. No one knew what they were doing. And it was disgusting”

”The Microtel is my home away from home. I have been staying there, when I'm in town, for about five to six years. It's convenient, clean, centrally located, the staff is exceptional and the breakfast is good. I don't stay anywhere else.”

”Stay was good. Nice free breakfast. Seating was limited at breakfast, but there were also people using the breakfast area as a social lounge after they were done eating. Room was large enough for 3 of us traveling and was clean.”

”Parking and shops nearby very convenient. The bathroom ceiling had water issues from the room above. Desk staff notified manager, but he was too busy to do anything about it. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom ceiling dropping plaster onto the toilet area.”

”The establishment was very clean, what I liked the most was the hallways were bright. Breakfast was really good. Had options. My room was:clean, smelled clean, very spacious for 4 people. Didn't feel cramped. The outside area has stores, restaurants. One negative. My room the shade was broken. So bright! light day and night. I let front desk know. They were nice and said to give a complaint to headquarters. NO one to fix it. BUT otherwise I would stay again.”
