Asunnot – North Gold Coast

”Location was as I had hoped, lovely beach access, bus stops, Currumbin Sanctuary and general store opposite, easy walks to Currumbin Surf Club and Tugun. The apartment was quirky, furnished with odd furniture and op shop style decor, a noisy single bed was unsuitable with squeaky springs. People noise from other apartments was often disturbing and being directly under the flight path to the airport was also an issue throughout my stay, I wouldn’t recommend or return. ”

”Check in process was easy. The room was like the pictures but it did not look as though it gets professionally cleaned. Maintenance was lacking as there were multiple holes in the walls that needed to be touched up. It wouldn’t take long to do and would make the place look more presentable. Floors weren’t very clean either. Found our fob did not work in the elevator so I rang the property managers and spoke to Chloe and she just said well use the stairs which is an absolute ridiculous response...

”The ground floor unit opens up onto a beautiful outdoor area with lawn and gardens next to a park. The position of the building is across the road from Burleigh beach which was ideal. The apartment is spacious and clean with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

”The apartment was beautiful, everything you could ask for. It was unfortunate that the traffic and sirens were very loud. Not much the owner can do about that. As much as we liked the apartment and property we are unlikely to book it again.”

”Die gesamte Anlage ist offenbar in der letzten zeit vollständig renoviert worden. Das Haus macht einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck, das Zimmer war schön hell und sauber. Der Vermieter ist kontaktierbar und es gibt einen Portier, der helfend Auskünfte gibt. Wer anhand der Bilder eine zumindest einigermaßen ausgestattete Küche erwartet, wird ein bisschen enttäuscht - allerdings sind ersatzweise portable Elektrogeräte vorhanden, um ein Frühstück etc. herzurichten. Wir kommen sehr sicher wieder😊”

”The property was easy to find and the team were delivering clear instructions leading up to our stay. We loved the fully equipped kitchen - all we needed was us and some food. We made use of the towels when we went across the road to the little beach right in front of us. Will look to stay another time.”

”Lack of communication. Was supposed to msg me regarding after hours arrival. No msg recd until after we got there and had to try to ring them twice. They then didn't even msg me on the phone number they were supposed to but to another person who was also trying to contact them as we were standing there in the rain. Standing in the rain and wind waiting with no cover and this was only at 7pm at night. No proper signage or lighting to try and access the key box. Room was old and dated not a true...
