”Room was clean and any issues they addressed it right a way. Parking was great plenty of parking along with a clean indoor pool. The rooms are amazing I would stay here every time visiting New Haven.”

”We arrived early to a reunion from 5 hour drive and couldn't get in early the room wasn't ready .. the door to the room wouldn't lock the rugs were dirty looking and everything was old .. went to the bar looked dirty and only a few people in it .. the bartender was very nice and friendly.. probably only one! Spent 297. For a night never go back”

”Whenever I'm traveling thru Southern CT on business, the Lamplighter is my go to for staying over. Clean room. Comfortable bed, plenty of Hot Water, microwave and mini fridge, good TV. Reasonable price, close to the highway. Restaurants within walking distance. It has it all.”

”My room was clean but it was old .the curtains in the rooms had holes in it. The room had a wet smell. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean it's just old and need updating. No microwave in the room you have to ask for it if they have it available. Notice water damage on the ceiling in the room. The pool was cloudy and looked old I didn't get in it I just looked at it. The staff was helpful. I did not eat at the hotel I was able to find more affordable food. I will not stay again.”
