The only downside is that the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors right above a barbecue restaurant. Which was in the description. But, they are carpeted and not to code. The building was built in the 1800's. I am a large person with bad joints. I knew that there were stairs, but I was on the 3rd floor. The stairs were a challenge and a trip...
