Er hat auf uns gewartet als wir mitten in der Nacht vom Flughafen ankamen, hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet, uns Tipps gegeben, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und bei Problemen sofort geholfen. Auch haben uns seine Mitarbeiter ein ‚normales‘ Frühstück gemacht, da uns das indische zu scharf war ;) Alles top, danke nochmals - fünf Sterne!!! ”

”Colonel's Retreat is a nice home-like hotel in a good and silent neighbourhood (Defence Colony) close to the metro station. Everything went as planned from room booking, airport pick-up to early arrival and departure. The whole personel was very friendly and helpful, gave tips and ideas of what to experience and catered for any needs of our behalf. ”Abhijeet, the manager was unfailingly courteous and friendly and provided superb service. The area around the hotel is blocked off to taxis and is on a pedestrian lane and he was gracious enough to send a porter to meet my Rick Shaw to guide me to the hotel. Subsequently, he sent a porter with my luggage to the pick up point for my Uber to the airport. Outstanding service well done!
