”I stayed with my family at the executive suite. The staff were all very helpful and always willing and eager to help. (e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). ”Hotel Room was absolutely luxorious,peaceful and clean (we stayed 2nights in Royal Mughal Suite), there was own check in lounge for suites, so it was convenient. We had garden view room , it's the best (other choice courtyard, not so nice view). I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is willing to pay little extra for Royal Mughal Suite, other rooms i don't know.Hotel location was great to see Taj Mahal (maybe 15min by car) and Agra Fort. Spa was also one of the best ever visited. Overall...

”I booked to stay for 5 days at the Hotel Kapil. My room was simply stunning. No other way to put it. The bed was so comfortable and warm, the room and the bathroom were spotless. The view from my window was epic; an endless vista over the valley and far off mountains. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure your every comfort is attended to. Room service food was delicious and served with a smile. Plenty of hot water available throughout my stay. Tea and coffee making...
