”10/10”

”Pictures are completely false, they are from a sister property by the same owner This property is above a burger king, with a tony, dim lobby and uncaring staff. Elevators are dark and dirty Rooms are disgusting and smelly and towels and sheets ate so bad, no even worth touching Nothing about the propety description matches reality Expedia should really ban this propery from thier listings We paid upfront and the were shown these rooms We had to leave because we were afraid of catching...

”Room is clean and tidy, housekeeping staff is very professional and always helpful. FOH staff is very professional. And buffet breakfast has lots of variety and also having live cooking counters, waiters are so helpful and generous for asking if we need any thing ( specially for kids meals). It's a nice and pleasant stay at property.”

”Excellent location, views of both the Taj Mahal and “baby” Taj. Attentive and helpful staff, hailing taxis/Tuk tuks and negotiating prices in advance. All in all a very pleasant stay.”

”Awesome”

”Poor cleaniness! The restaurants tables were very dirty and had food stain on them! When asked to clean, the staff only brushed the table off with a soft bristle brush. The bedsheets and towels had stain on them. Literally every single piece. The bathroom toilet paper and tissue papers were half finished. We tried to provide a feedback to the front desk staff on our way out but they didnt seem to care. For a hotel with this price and rating, we expected so much more.”

”Amazing clean room staff m”

”Ray of Maya Hotel in Agra is a gem! The property is spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Receptionist Arsh was extremely courteous and helpful, answering all questions with respect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the room tariff offered great value. Best of all, the hotel is very close to major attractions like the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, making sightseeing effortless! ”

”併設レストランの質が良い ホテル自体は値段相応です”

”It was a very calm stay. Location was easily reachable. Rooms were clean and all amenities were there. Owners (Mr. Tarun and his Father) were very friendly and they were ready to help anytime. Great assistance. All in all, perfect stay, highly recommended.”

”スタッフが優しい！”

”The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!”

”飯店老闆人很好，也很親切，有任何問題都願意幫忙，離車站很近，乾淨整潔。”

”This hotel does not have 24hr hot water supply. That is the only downside. Apart from that its a Great hotel for everyone. ”

”Nothing is good about this property other than the location. Definitely a NO for families with kids.”

”I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of...
