”The Inn at Mountainview is more than adequate for what it is. The staff is very friendly and it is a great place to stay with pets. The rooms are large and there is a lovely outdoor area for pets. ”AC was load and didn’t work. Was not able to get a refund from Expedia.”

”The room was relatively clean. The AC didn't work very well and our room minifridge didn't work. I was only there for 1 night and checked in late, but it would have been nice to be able to keep our drinks cold. Check in and out was quick and easy. The exterior and parking lot can use some upgrades. Wasn't sure how safe the location was. I wouldn't choose to use this location for anything other than just to sleep.”

”The breakfast wa fresh but limited. There was bacon which was goo, the eggs were a little watery and potatoes which were made with hot (not sweet) peppers. The oatmeal was good and there was make your own waffles. Parking as fine”

”We were put on the first floor in a very dirty room. The window did not lock and there were exposed wires in the bathroom. No refund was given when we decided to leave and go somewhere we felt safer.”

”1. There was difficulty gaining access to the hotel. There was road construction on both sides of the road. We stayed for two nights. They did not clean or replace needed bathroom supplies. Fixtures in the bathroom were either broken or missing parts to operate. Beds were not made and room cleaned or rubbish removed. The second night of our stay our key cards would not permit us to gain access to the hotel access doors or our rooms. The staff was helpful in giving us access to the hotel and our...

We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside. The room clearly had not been cleaned.
