”We booked this stay for one night to attend the Sleepy Hollow Parade. When we arrived, our room was ready, and we were able to check in early. We really enjoyed our stay at Elements. The staff member who checked us in was very nice, friendly, and helpful, we felt welcomed. The property is conveniently located, with many stores and eateries nearby. The indoor pool was warm and nice, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Since the property wasn’t crowded, it felt like we had the whole hotel...

”In overall a ok experience. It was a bit hard to operate the elevators. There was also a water maintenance break which we didn’t know since we were not informed.”

”Aamupala erinomainen (ei mannermainen vaan keittiössä laitettu), huone on ilmastoitu ja sänky iso ja ok tuntuinen. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Sijainti on aivan erinomainen New Yorkin nähtävyyksiä ajatellen. Kävellen Times Square, Madison Square Garden ja Empire State Building!”

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”
