âClean room, room was large, bathroom a little small. Overall the Hyatt in Morristown was great. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Staff was nice, parking was easy. Would absolutely stay here againâ

âWe were EXTREMELY disappointed with the shower. Woke up this AM only to discover our shower had no hot water. Ive never had that happen before. Called the front desk and was told they were having issues and were working on it. WTH does Westin rent me a room with no hot water?â

âWe enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - itâs just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said itâs not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).â
