”Very nice and friendly people. Just the house was a little cold they could have adjusted the temperature to a warmer temp. Other than that it was great.”

”Our stay was fine. We felt safe and it was as advertised. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. One of the only complaints we had is that it was very cold in our room compared to the rest of the building. The people above us were also very loud late into the night and early morning. ”I lived in Summit for 40 years and only stayed here after moving away. This is a charming converted multi-story home, very old-school in its bones, but updated for wifi, chargers, etc. Nicely appointed, two quiet blocks from downtown Summit. Real staff on site--not a tie-line to some national headquarters. Staff goes home at 6 but is close by and available by phone if needed. Spacious sitting room and breakfast area with nice spread of breakfast fare. Short walk to the train (NJ transit to...

”ここは好みが分かれそうです。場所は文字通りダウンタウンにある家で、安いのて選びました。 部屋はベッドにテレビ、小さなテーブルも1つあり、バスタオル付です。 シャワーとトイレ、キッチンは共用で、片付いています。 が、まず空調は冷房だけで冬は毛布が置いてあるだけです。またWifiはドアに書いてあるものと違うのを使っています。私が一番困ったのは、管理人が正面玄関を開ける形にしているので、自由には出入りし難いことと、部屋には内鍵しかないため、自分がシャワー等を浴びたりしている間のセキュリティが心配になる事でした。 つまり安いなりのリスクがある、ということを自覚して行くと良いでしょう。”
