”The customer service was top notch and the place was otherwise great, too. There was no microwave in the room (as was mentioned in the text) but it was in the corridor. No biggie.

”I need to shout out Carlos, the front desk clerk. I had a problem with my room and he heard my concerns and quickly offered me a solution. I felt he really wanted to be sure I had a good experience. He was pleasant and helpful.
Hotel is great. It was my first time staying at La Quinta and will probably stay again. It was perfect for what I needed. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was really good and it was well stocked. ”

During breakfast, the waiter assigned to my table focused on one table the entire duration of my breakfast (Talking about his hobby as a film maker). I got my own Coffee, got sugar from another table and when it was time for me to leave, i had to ask the hostess for my check. The food was okay. ”
”The bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft and I prefer something a bit more firmer like thank you for a lot of pillows. Some things If I knew was in the room I would have asked for help getting some things down I did mention it would be nice if they provided a step stool for us short adults and as well kids too.
