”The Terrence restaurant was excellent. Staff generally very friendly, except for the breakfast restaurant. They seemed annoyed when we asked for poached eggs, there were no cups left for tea or coffee. Again, they said 'aren't there any at your table". Impatient when we asked for help. We had the Balmoral suite, the view was incredible. It was a superior room and the bath was very deep and luxurious. The grounds were very relaxing. ”

”We had a relaxing stay in a comfort room, I could see the staff took me into account by giving us the ground floor (I had mentioned I had a walking stick on the phone) I also noticed the room was great for those with a disability so it felt nice to be thought of and accommodated as I didn’t ask for this specifically. The only problem was some noisey young girls laughing in the corridors but other than that we had a pleasant stay.”

”good stay for the price. They work till late on many days - that was a plus so easy to check in. Lots of parking. Lots of places to eat at around the area and they give you a discount if you order food downstairs at their bar and give you a free drink voucher - was good. Overall the facilities were well maintained. I didnt hear any noises, no bad smell or anything like that. The only issue was that my window were looking at their A/Cs which would make some noise but was acceptable if the windows...

”Das Hotel hat seinen Zenit definitiv überschritten. Die gesamte Ausstattung inkl. Bad benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Teppiche unter / hinter dem Bett seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gesaugt worden und daher für Leute (selbst mit leichter Hausstauballergie) nicht zu empfehlen. Man hört die ganze Nacht was auf dem Gang / in anderen Zimmern passiert inkl. Spülung/ Duschen etc. Würde hier definitiv nicht wieder übernachten ”

”The welcome from the receptionist was so friendly and kind. We had room 11 on the ground floor, it was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. There were spare pillows and blanket if needed. Loved the modern bathroom and shower. Refreshments were provided including milk and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. This Hotel has great views across the City and is only a short walk to the bars and restaurants (although the steep hill back is a challenge!) it’s only about ten mins...
