** THE SPACE **
Welcome to The Extended Comfort NLR, a spacious two-story home designed for long-term comfort. The upstairs boasts 3 cozy bedrooms, a full bath, and a half-bathroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and inviting living area.

Please note that the home has a staircase connecting the two floors, which may be steep for some guests.

Downstairs offers additional privacy with one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a second living space perfect for relaxation or work, as well as a laundry room. Guests should be aware that accessing the laundry room requires using the staircase.

Outside, choose between a cozy backyard patio that's just right for two, or a charming front porch for a front-row seat to the neighborhood vibe.

The versatile layout ensures everyone has their own space, while communal areas are ideal for meals and leisure. Located in a secure, friendly neighborhood, this home provides all you need for a seamless extended stay.

** GUEST ACCESS **
Guests will have full access to all areas of The Extended Comfort NLR, ensuring a comfortable and private extended stay. Both floors are open for use, including all four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and downstairs laundry room. Please keep in mind that the laundry room is located on the lower level and requires using the stairs.

Whether you're upstairs cooking a family meal or downstairs catching up on laundry, the entire home is yours to enjoy. Feel free to make yourself at home and take advantage of all this spacious property has to offer.

** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE **
Our guests have the option to request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. A fee of $35 will apply for each service. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this option so we can make sure to accommodate your request.

For long-term stays, a professional cleaning is required every 30 days at an additional cost. For construction crews, bi-weekly cleanings are mandatory to maintain the condition and comfort of the property.
