”The staff at the Hyatt Centric Downtown are the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. I was having trouble with my car key fob and the staff up front did everything to help problem solve. From offering to troubleshoot in person with me, locating local dealer and also trying to help me get the fob open to change battery which we never did get into. ”We stayed here to attend a concert at U.S. Bank stadium. Perfect walking distance! The room was clean, the decor was charming, and the staff was very nice! We loved the coffee shop for breakfast - great selection and reasonably priced. The only "complaint" would be the recommended parking ramp. It was very complicated to enter in the morning - all the outside doors were locked. $37 to park overnight is a bit pricey. We would stay here again!”

”First the negatives: I found some of the front desk staff to be inattentive and rude. Some of the desk staff were not communicative, did not explain check-in or checkout, or even that we would need to scan our keycards in the elevator to go up to our floor. No room service of any kind. Ugly lobby and staff didn’t greet us at any time coming or going. ”We had booked a room with breakfast, but they forgot to give us breakfast coupons when we arrived. It wasn't big deal though, our waitress got one for us after we ate. There was a big storm during our stay, and the windows started leeking - half the carpet was soaked, but it didn't bother us. Location is nice, you can easily walk to Dinkytown and Downtown where all the restaurants are. In nearby blocks there's nothing much, but 10-20 min walk gets you about anywhere.”

”It’s a good place to stay for a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious & the kitchen area is nice. Lamps are updated, but the furniture (pull out sofa & chair) are older and more worn. Staff is friendly and breakfast has a variety of options.”
