”The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised.”

”Hotel is very nice! Rooms are spacious, full kitchen, clean and fresh. I would stay here again.
The AC was weird where it wouldnt turn off properly. You click off and then 15 mins later it would turn back on on the default cold setting. I aomehow got it to stay off at night but at mornings at 8.30 am it would start pushing cold air”

”The rooms are very old and not updated, feels really nice outside but the rooms are very average. The front desk people are a hit or miss, some are nice and helpful and others have an attitude like they dont want to be there and dont give you any information for your stay that you should get when you check in, like how the parking works. I didnt know til we checked out that they charge for parking and you just use your room key to get in and out of the parking garage, so I was paying everytime...

”A Mexican/American girl at the front desk when I checked in was lovely! I wish I had her name. Happy and fun! The others sat and looked at their phones. Not taking notice of people coming and going. No big deal except at $300 a night, for a single person, I expect more. Also put a long mirror in the room!!
