âBeautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. Itâs not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. â

The ambience is so good.
Mr.Nathan has helped us a lot. Housekeeping and all the staff/employees are all courteous and respectful.
The linens are all immaculately clean.
Once we leave the room and request for clean up, within less than 30 minutes,theyâre there to make up our room.The drinking water is accessible all the time.
Weâre so satisfied with our stay.
Weâll recommend this hotel to our friends and loved ones.
