”We arrived at the O Fallon IL Drury, our very first stay at a Drury. Upon our arrival at the hotel there was a serious issue, both elevators were broken.What should have been a nightmare turned out to be all hands on deck to help get our luggage to our rooms. The manager, Grant handled the situation seamlessly. Not only did he carry our luggage up the several sets of steps himself, we also seen him throughout our stay, accommodating us and the guests as though we were family. I was impressed...

”Had a great time staying here with my brother. Enjoyed happy hour and the lady at the front desk was super friendly. I can’t remember her name but it started with an A and we bonded over comedy. She likes comedians but never finds out about them until they are already there in town. She was SUPERB. I AM SO SORRY I CANT REMEMBER HER NAME! She gave us food recs and stuff too. Super kind. ”
