”This resort was ok but not great for the price. We only stayed over night so we didn't benefit from the resort fee which is mandatory. If you are staying longer, it may be worth it but the resort is looking rather old and out dated especially for the price tag.”

”We always stay at the Plantation Towers at NMB. This however will be the last visit to this hotel. We stayed in the Jasmine towers in a room on the 14th floor. The room was a joke. For living room furniture they had some kind of rattan or bamboo couch and chairs. The cushions in them were like outdoor furniture cushions - ridiculous! Terrible to sit on. The entire room as designed with this type of rattan/bamboo furniture - just a complete joke. Then the master bedroom mattress was hard...

”Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The associate who assisted me with check-in was efficient, but I did not find the interaction particularly warm or welcoming, which made the arrival experience feel less pleasant than expected.
Upon entering my room, I noticed towels left on the floor near the entrance, which gave the impression that the room had not been fully prepared. I also found that the shower gel and shampoo bottles were less than half...
