”I stayed here for five days in June 2026 with eight family members (ages 15–81), and it was the worst vacation rental I've experienced. The only positives were the working A/C and clean pool.The property was dirty and poorly maintained. ”Excellent very very clean this house had everything you can possibly need they even had a nutcracker which we needed for our pecans. We will definitely tell the world how Amazing this house was Excellent experience with the host we had no issues what so ever the pictures are very true and once you walk in Your jaw will drop. ”There were several door handles that were loose/seemed to be falling off. The sliding doors to the outside all need new tracks and the one on the second floor didn’t lock. People from the next unit over walked into our room at night through these doors.Besides that it was a nice place with nice amenities. The team really liked it aside from the incident with the neighbors.”

”Great location, clean sheets and towels but general housekeeping was subpar (examples: dusty, floors left feet black). Pool and hot tub were not very clean upon arrival, but maintenance was communicative and eventually both were cleaned. Overall, it wasn't immaculate, but it also wasn't so dirty that it ruined our trip. Note that if you rent the full house, the upstairs and downstairs are only accessed by exterior stairs. ”

”Great view of the beach, and easy access with the private path. The pool was and hot tub were fantastic. It was really worth paying to have it heated! Every room is well appointed and simple. Over all We felt the house was better than the online pictures. Can't wait to book again. There also was plenty of parking. ”

”What a fantastic home base for multiple families traveling together. Mid-February was a little too cold to enjoy the beach, but it’s a block away and they have all the gear you’d need. Kids loved the heated pool, and Anwer was very responsive whenever we reached out. We organized a kids’ Olympics one day and took advantage of the football, air hockey, arcade games, dart board and mini golf green. ”
