”Usually stay at the offsite properties due to the onsite rooms being complete trash and smelly. Booked Pickford A-1, but was told at check in it wasn't available since it hasn't been cleaned (so why was it available to book? Bait and switch, false advertising). Was given villa #4 across the street. It was a large property, but had 2 central AC systems. Only 1 system was functional, so only the large master bedroom was cool. Rest of house (2 bdrms, kitchen, living room, bathroom) unbearably hot....

”The resort was an amazing weekend retreat. The amenities were amazing with the 3 hot spring pools ranging 80-130° that were open 24/7 My partner and I stayed for the weekend and used everything we had access too. The serenity is enhanced by the foliage and flowers surrounding the outdoor pools. Will definitely comeback for a refresh soon.”
