”Booked the stay for my wife for a business trip, she said it was a nice hotel!”

”We thought the hot tub would be nice after moving, but it didnt work, the clerk was too busy even after telling her several times. There were spiders in the bathtub and holes in the door, which we notified the clerk. The ice machine didnt work, the TV kept turning off, the phone had a constant busy signal & never worked. We should get reimbursed for atleast part of our stay. Two good things though, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was awesome!!!”

”Mostly there is no breakfast even though the images for the hotel start showing the lobby with breakfast. ”

”Good customer service. My only issue are the room dont smell good, bathroom shower not working, bathroom in general is outdated and not so clean. Carpet seem dirty. Need a lot of improvement.”

”We booked last minute on our way home and found a gem. Checking in was easy and the property was easy to navigate. Our room was remodeled and beautiful. We have marked this hotel as our number 1 stop anytime we come through Georgia.”

”Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross”

”The hotel was not clean. My room had a water leak from the ceiling, the room was not clean to a satisfactory standard, and the sheets and towels had a mildew odor. I will not stay here in the future nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Furthermore, when I was trying to checkout, the front counter was closed.”

”The room to the was not clean. The bathroom tub was dirty. I took pictures of the tubb and showed them to the property manager. I told him that I can't take a shower in that tub. I was told that the tub was dirty just stained. I know the difference between stained and dirtness. Then around 11pm we get a knock on the door, it was a lady asking my husband if he wanted some company. Again around 1am the knock this time was a man at the door. The space around the toilet and sink areas smelled like...

”The place smelled like smoke unfit for someone to stay. The floor was coming up and the plumbing was so close that when you tried to go to the bathroom, you bumped your leg getting up on the vanity.”

”For the price, it was ideal for a weary traveler. The beds are comfortable and the shower was clean. A big plus for me is that it's dog friendly.The walls are thin and it is on the Interstate. Definitely not a vacation destination.”

”The hotel was def an older hotel and nothing too great about it. Our room was just ok. Air conditioner made a lot of noise and curtains were broke. Our son’s room was terrible. Air conditioner broke in middle of night and next morning while he was in shower the water completely shut off. Front desk just said sorry. A lot nicer hotels right behind this one that I would highly recommend”
