”We loved our stay at camp my own! Such a cute and cozy place and perfect for my husband and two dogs. We brought our boat and did a lot of fishing. Lots of small mouth! The place is amazing being right on the water and we loved hanging on the dock. Such a special spot ! ”

”This is a cabin on a lake. It's simple. No tv, microwave, washer/dryer or dishwasher. It has 2 bedrooms and a large living area. It was super clean. Basic cooking needs. Sometimes you need to be creative. The outdoor grill worked great. Best of all is the lake! Crisp clean water! Lots of fish caught off the dock. Definitely recommend!!”

”We had a great time in Maine snowmobiling. The cabin was beautiful nestled in woods along a lake. It was well equipped and close to Shin Pond and trail system. The owner was very accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!”

”The host is very responsive! He went above and beyond when I asked to book and additional night! He even called, texted and messaged in VRBO, letting me know the house was ready for us to check in. The pictures of the house do not do the house justice! It is very nice! Everything had a place and it was very clean! The house has everything you need, including indoor/outdoor games and plenty of movies.The lake is absolutely peaceful. We enjoyed most of our time on the dock or on the lake canoeing...

”This is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. The neighbors' views are blocked by trees. The view of the lake through the huge picture windows is amazing. We especially appreciated having a washer & dryer -- no trips to a laundromat! We swam & canoed and every question for the owner was answered promptly.”

”The cabins were clean and cozy. Convenient to store and restaurants. Price was reasonable. I will say, the showers are a bit strange with the controls outside the shower itself, also no barrier to keep water in the shower. But the heat lamps in the bathroom were wonderful after returning from a COLD ride!! Would definitely stay again.”

”A GREAT place !!!! GREAT LOCATION!!! Lots to do at the lake (swim, kayak, fish, tan) and in town (Loon Fest, Wing Wah). My family and I enjoyed it immensely. Enough room to stretch out, great wrap-around porch for a peaceful AM cup of coffee. ”We had a short stay here at this cabin so we would ride the trails with our side by side! It was a cute cabin with many beds for family and pet friendly which is very important to us. This area of Maine is beautiful and relaxing - people are friendly. The trails are groomed nicely the lookout was cool! Thank you Tom for all your help with check in! The kitchen was huge and table beautifully made! Lots of charm and character you can tell the family that owns it spent many years making cherished...

”We were very pleased with our stay at this Schoodic Lake property. The location was relaxing & perfect…the next to the last house on a dead end road. ”This house is very well done!!! The owners have thought of everything. Even though it is located in fairly remote area it has all the comforts of home. The view from the main living space and deck are gorgeous and on a clear day, you can see Mt. Katahdin. It is about an 8 minute ride off Baxter State Park Road, on a packed dirt road, but you quickly get used to that, and it is a chance to see wildlife!! Highly recommend!!!”
