”First, I would like to say that the staff was VERY helpful. The individual that helped me check in and the one that helped me through all my issues and early check out were very nice. The property is unfortunately poorly kept. I booked a non smoking room, and the moment I walked in, the room smelled very heavily of smoke. ”Did book a room with balcony but was given one with a patio instead. Nothing wrong with that per se but the patio was surrounded by fences and there were no furniture whatsoever there. Also pool was out of use. Lots of homeless persons around the area and obviously quite a few of the guests were locals accommodated at the hotel. The room itself was adequate and clean. ”

”We were put in a room with no working cable tv or phone lines. We asked for help three times and it was never resolved. My husband was yelled at by security for trying to go back to the hotel room with a cup of coffee. This hotel is in a very sketchy area. Would NOT recommend.”

”A few few things to consider if you plan on staying here. 1. The Wi-Fi is not the best. 2. The channels you can get are very limited. 3. The AC unit is very weak. It essentially takes eight hours to cool the room down if it’s hot. 4. There are areas of the room that may not have been cleaned for a very long time. 5. The towels are not the best quality. 6. The bedding is basic and very old. 7. The doorways are not sealed so it’s not uncommon to come back to your room and see bugs. 8. Shower has...
