”This was the perfect getaway for my partner and I. It was small but quite comfortable! We only used the shared bathhouse for restroom needs, which was clean for the most part but as the water was running, we did notice a sulfur smell. Not sure if this is normal for the area or for how the vacation homes are set up, but something to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience and I also want to mention that the bed was THE most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on while on vacation! ”

”Kitchen was sorely lacking in supplies. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen and the other with a queen and a twin. There was no hot tub which is why I booked this place. The owner said it was a miscommunication. But his listing is misleading. There were no hangers or dressers for us to put our clothes in. This property wasn't close to anything. There were no smoke detectors and there was black mold. I will not use VRBO again if this is the kind of properties you let list.”

”We reserved this unit last minute due to another vrbo having to cancel. It was absolutely perfect for our family! It's even more beautiful than the pictures online depict. It was our first time to Alaska in winter time and the place was cozy, had beautiful views out of the large windows. There were plenty of blanks and all the furniture was comfortable. The home was very clean, smelled good, and had plenty of all the necessities plus some extras - like a stocked coffee station, bath salts...
