Heated Saltwater Pool Home in Quiet neighbourhood

Beautiful 3ba/2ba house located on a very quiet street of North Port. Large heated salt water pool & spacious deck. Fully stocked kitchen-open and airy with high ceilings and a very private and quiet backyard. Smart Tv’s in each room. Less then 10 minute drive to hop on i75 and just a few minutes from shopping/necessities in North Port.
10 minutes to Warm Mineral Springs. Multiple Gulf Beaches within a 30min drive. Beach equipment provided!

Master bedroom consists of a king sized bed, a huge ensuite bathroom with large closets and some big sliding doors to the pool deck.

The other side of the house hosts the two addition bedrooms. One queen bedroom and two twins in the other room. A second bathroom with tub/shower is situated between.

The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen to sleep two more if necessary. All rooms have a smart tv. A spacious pool deck with lots of places to cozy up after a swim in the warm salt water pool, and even a fireplace to sit around in the evenings.
Laundry room is tucked away behind the kitchen. Dining table can seat up to 10. The garage is home to some bikes and beach gear for your trips to some of the most beautiful beaches in the US 🏝️
The back yard is private and fully fenced off.
Our street is very quiet. Seldom traffic, and you may even see our neighbourhood friendly tortoise 🐢 pass by mid-day!

Please don’t abuse the R/O Water system. It has a large holding tank but running large amounts of water at a time will drain it and can damage.

Great house in Northport

We really enjoyed the house and heated pool at our Spring Training visit. Very easy to get to everything. The house was well stocked and the owners was great!

Oasis close to everything

This property was one of my favorites. With 4 adults and 2 kids there was enough room to accommodate with space to spread out. The home itself was stocked with everything you could think of for the beach, cooking and cleaning just bring your clothing and food. We used the saltwater pool daily and sat on the lanai everyday. The location is perfect to get easily anywhere on the coast and the owners were prompt and checked in to ensure our stay was good. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We stayed at this home for the month of February, 2024. It is a very comfortable home with great beds and it has a long list of excellent amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and Laundry complete with laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. The pool area is stocked with pool toys, flotation devices for small children, an outdoor shower, lots of chairs and loungers, a BBQ and a fire table all enclosed by a large lanai. And there is a sheltered area at the house end of the lanai so you can still be outside if it’s raining. Best of all, the pool is kept at 90F so there is no excuse for not swimming! Lots of beach towels are provided. The garage has two bikes and trikes/scooter for kids. It is also fully stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach blanket, and coolers. There is lots of shopping and good golfing nearby. The beach is about 30 minutes away.. great for beach walking once or twice per week. Laura and Kevin are great hosts. Very responsive with easy communication through the VRBO app.

Rest and relax

This is a lovely home with lots of room. The pool was a great place to sit outside. Very comfortable furniture both inside and outside in the pool area. I have one suggestion for improvement. The bathrooms could definitely use small vertical handles by the toilets. The stools are quite low. As a senior citizen, it was difficult to stand up because there was nothing to hold on to. Again, just a small handicap handle would make a big difference. We would definitely recommend a stay at this home!

Girl's weekend

My daughters and I rented the house for 3 days for a girl's weekend getaway. It was peaceful and beautiful. The house was clean and spacious. The screened in porch area with the pool was amazing. Definitely on our list of top places to stay again! 10/10.

Loved everything about this home. So clean so stocked up with everything you can possibly think of in kitchen in bathrooms/bedrooms. So perfect for kids, my kids loved that it had big toys to play with, they’re loved the pool. Very safe area and so convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed the pool, it had so many pool toys and swim jackets, as well as beach towels and beach chairs. Hosts were so easy to communicate with, I asked if the house had an electric tea pot which it didn’t and the next thing I knew it was dropped of for our use. I was pleasantly surprised that they went out of their way to get us an tea pot! Highly recommend this beautiful house it was so cozy it literally felt like my own home, I did not want to leave. Already planning another vacay and will be booking this house for sure.

Wish it was our home

This house is PERFECT! The amenities were spot on, the cleanliness was impressive, the pool was perfect, the location was convenient, and the owners are so kind and easy to reach. The decor was so cute and the LED lights in the kids bedroom were perfect in place of a night light. The water pressure was fantastic. And the beds? The best! Good linens and even better mattresses! The towels were great too and plentiful. We were here 5 days of a 10 day trip but I wish we’d been here the whole time. I really can’t say enough good things about this property. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Beautiful Home! Great Location!

This house was exquisite - just as described, a perfect location, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. This home had every amenity you could imagine and want. Honestly, everything was perfect! The layout of the home was amazing. Pretty gathering areas, dream kitchen, 3 sliding glass doors that opened to a spectacular pool with everything you’d ever need. Plenty of seating around the pool, shaded/covered pool area, outdoor TV, pool toys, life jackets, outdoor shower and more. The master bedroom and bathroom were serene and spa like. The two other bedrooms and bath were just as amazing. The home was decorated in a very tasteful Beach/Zen vibe. We loved it!!! Kevin, our host was very responsive before, during and after our stay. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s throughout our 20+ years of travels and I can honestly say this home is one of the most beautiful and best homes we’ve stayed in! This is the perfect place to stay when visiting North Port! Thank you Kevin!

10 out of 10 MUST STAY!!!

This was an amazing vacation and was a wonderful find to come visit family in the local area. This home was superb with all the amenities they provided with even shower essentials, foil, paper towel, so many beach towels, lotions, bug spray, sand toys, lifejackets, googles, baby swimmer pants, pool toys, etc. the list can go on and on with this home. The pool was an absolute favorite as it was heated to the perfect temperature. In the evenings we would enjoy the gas fireplace on the patio as well. The home is situated about 20 minutes from the bay where we rented a boat from "Rock the Boat" and had a wonderful time. Another day we went to the beach which was only a 30 minute drive. This house is centrally located to many wonderful restaurants as well as shops, grocery stores, etc. The owners are extremely helpful and responds quickly. The floor plan of the house is quite beautiful and very spacious! We will most definitely be staying here again!
